Very important instructions and rules for room entry
1) The person living in the room should have his / her office identity card, Aadhaar card, permanent address e.g. Ile. It is mandatory to pay the bill or water bill.
2) After registering in the room, you have the responsibility to keep quiet and take care not to disturb others. Managers will have all the power to cancel access to the room and to take action on any misconduct that may cause you trouble in the room, as well as in case of disorderly conduct and repeated notifications.
3) It is mandatory to pay on time as per the schedule for access to the room.
4) Water and electricity are national assets. Saving is the need of the hour. Use only the appropriate amount, for unavoidable reasons (e.g. accident, unavoidable cause, load shedding, accident, repair).in case of electric and water discharge.
5) Admission to the room is limited for the current financial year. It is mandatory for the person who meets the person living in the room to record the visit in the visit book. The other person will not be staying in the room except the person.
6) We are aware that there is no locker, iron cupboard, vehicle floor in the room. Bed / Fan / Luggage Rack / Study Table / Chair / Window in the Room, Doors are in good condition, I will compensate for any damage, I will be responsible for the luggage, Cooking in the room It is strictly forbidden to keep illegal items.
7) Rules and conditions regarding the room should not be disputed, the right to impose revised terms and conditions as per the time arising is being reserved by the manager.
8) The person living in the room and my parents (parents) have read and understood all the above instructions, rules and conditions carefully and they are acceptable to me and my parents. As a parent, I am giving full support to my child. A secondary copy of the instructions and room rules is reserved for me / us.
